Our elegant Chardonnay thrives in the warm days and cool nights of the Carneros apellation. This is an idea growing climate for the Chardonnay varietal, allowing the complex flavors to fully develop. Our wine is a unique blend of two low yielding French Dijon clones 76 and 809. It is barrel fermented and aged for 10 months in neutral barrels. The wine has a floral, tropical nose with the subtle taste of peaches and apricots. It is well-structured with a lush, lingering finish. As the wine continues to open, you will experience additional layers of flavor. An ideal companion for crab, fish, roasted chicken or creamy pasta dishes.
