This rich Syrah is a pleasure to drink. It is especially good with lamb and beef dishes. California Syrah doesn't get much richer than this. It has an excellent structure – softly tannic and silky in the mouth. Flavors of luscious black cherry, blueberry, beef teriyaki, sandalwood and spice combine with a long, smooth finish. Try it with lamb, turkey and red meats, even spicy pizzas or Mexican food.
